Well the facts speak for themselves , owners who opt for to offer Real time availabiliy get up to 50% more bookings that those who go on a request basis.
Payments
There is a 10% commission due on each booking that is fulfilled - there is no cost if no bookings are made. No charges for administration fee .
The guest pays 10% commission as a booking deposit, which is charged to his credit card on line at time of reservation. The balance is payable to the you directly upon arrival.
We offer a special 7% commission rate if you place a link from your home/index page to WorldEscape.com or New York Stay.com
