The apartment is well lighted and the living room / bedroom is relatively spacious.
There is a sofa along with a full-size mattress in a Murphy bed that opens and closes easily for use.
All bed linens are provided. The apartment has a computer with high speed internet access.

The windowed bathroom includes a tub and shower; cotton towels, washcloths, and hand towels are provided.
As this is a studio there is no separate bedroom, the bed is a full-sized bed in the main living area. |

The kitchen is fully equipped (coffeemaker, refrigerator, and freezer). The dining area is located right off of the kitchen. There is dinnerware with service for four.

Bus stops are on 7th Avenue and 20th Street going downtown, 8th Avenue and 20th Street going uptown and on 23rd Street going either east or west across town.
A grocery store is on 21st Street and 8th Avenue, a D`Agostinos grocery is on 23rd between 8th and 9th. There are delis on almost every corner for staples and the green grocers for fruits and vegetables. |
