Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
10% is not refundable.
The remaining 40% ,wll be returned minus a $90 cancellation fee is reimbursed if the cancellation has been communicated to us in writing more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. With 15-30 days notice the deposit will be forfeited. With 1-14 days notice, the total amount will be forfeited.
