Located on a great block right in the middle of midtown, just several blocks from the world-famous Central Park and the Museum of Modern Art – one of New York’s most famous landmarks. The apartment is located between 1st and 2nd Avenue. The apartment is quiet and peaceful but there are plenty of things to do right in your neighbourhood. There are tons of different restaurants and bars around the apartment – Chinese, Indian, Italian, Mexican, Japanese – are only several cuisines available within a 3 minute walk from the apartment. You will be amazed by how many New Yorkers love to sit at the tables outside these restaurants after a day at work. Staying in this apartment will give you a truly New York experience. You will also be close to Columbus Circle and just a block away from the famous Bloomingdale’s department store. Times Square is just a 15 minute walk away (or two subway stops away), the Empire State building is a 20 minute walk away (or 3 subway stops). The apartment is conveniently located by several different subway lines – N, R, W, 4, 5, 6, E, V, 6 – all going to different places in the city, so you will have the easiest commute from there to anywhere! You can enter the subway at 60th Street and Lexington Avenue (for N, R, W trains), at 59th Street and Lexington (for 4, 5, 6 trains going along the East Side), and at 53rd Street and 3rd Avenue (for E, V, 6 trains). The entrance to subway on 53rd Street is one of the most beautiful ones in the city – it even has a waterfall!Please note that you will need to pick up the keys at our key collection point at W 38th street (between 8th and 9th Avenue).

Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.
