This Empire Deluxe apartment is a beautiful and modern two bedroom, 3 room apartment that can sleep up to 6 guests sharing.Location is perfect just 3 blocks away from Empire State Building. The apartment is cosy and comfortable, and has all the amenities that you will need during your stay in New York. You also get a great view of midtown Manhattan and New York’s famous skyline from the 9th floor, it is especially beautiful at night. The apartment is located on relatively quiet block, so you will have absolutely no noise from the street, but will enjoy the view.

Empire Deluxe apartment is located on a quiet block right in the middle of downtown New York City, just 3 blocks away from the Empire State Building – one of New York’s most famous landmarks. The Company can help the User arrange extra cleaning using an outsourced service provider for a fee payable to the service provider of $50.OWNER REQUIRES 100% of total amount to be paid when booking.Cancellation policy If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refundable

Security deposit

The Guest understands that he/ she is liable for damages to the property or the equipment in the property during his/her stay. The Guest agrees that his/her credit card will be debited for the full amount of damages directly caused by the Guest. In case of key loss the credit card of the Guest will be charged a $50 fee. No pets and no smoking allowed. The Hospitality Provider assumes no responsibility for any lost or stolen items from the property. The Guest understands and agrees to this.


Liability and Safety
The Guest agrees that he or she is 100% liable for his or her own actions and safety while staying in the property – including but not limited to any bodily injuries caused to the Guest, damage to Guest’s own property, damage to property of the Hospitality Provider (to the apartment and the equipment located in the apartment), injury to Third Parties, damage to the property of Third Parties, fire safety in the apartment and other types of damage or injury that may incur during the period of stay. The Hospitality Provider assumes no liability for any injury caused in any way to the Guest or any Third Party during the period that the Guest is staying in the apartment.


Cleaning
Apartments are handed over to the Guest in clean condition with clean bedclothes and towels.
There is also a weekly cleaning that is arranged by the company free of charge for the bookings longer than 7 days. The clean-out is also free of charge for all the bookings.
If you need extra maid service, the Hospitality Provider can arrange it at $50/cleaning.


Other Terms and Conditions
The Guest agrees to keep the premises tidy, not to play loud music or to make loud noise from 8:00 PM until 9:00 AM, to abide by all the laws of the United States, to be courteous and polite to the inhabitants of the neighboring apartments.


SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN!


In the event of fire, vandalism or other disturbance, the Guest will notify the Hospitality Provider immediately and/or the proper authorities (fire authorities, police, etc.). In the event of a technical problem (electrical, plumbing, etc.) occurring within the premises, the Guest will notify the Hospitality Provider immediately.


The Guest agrees not to damage the premises or any equipment, furniture or other fixtures within the premises. In the event that the Guest does damage to the premises, equipment, furniture or other fixtures within the premises, the Guest promises to correct or pay for the damage.


The Guest agrees to return all keys of the premises to the offices of the Hospitality Provider or to a representative of Hospitality Provider by 11:00 AM on the day of check out.
