Short Description

This third floor walk up (NO lift) is a lovely one bedroom apartment and is situated in a prime Midtown East location and offers three guests an extremely comfortable stay. Though located on the 3rd floor in a walk-up building, the apartment is only one and a half flights of stairs away from the ground floor. The apartment offers lovely high ceilings and dark hardwood floors and is a good sized one bedroom. The bedroom has a window which lets in a ton a light and has a Queen sized bed. In the living room is a Queen sized sofa bed. The large living room has two large windows. There is plenty of clothes storage space in both the living room and bedroom. The apartment includes high speed cable internet access, a Flat TV, flatware, silverware, other necessary kitchen appliances, an iron, and, as with all of our apartments, clean bed linens and towels are provided.

Neighbourhood/Location

Located in the heart of Midtown East and is within walking distance of Central Park, Grand Central Station, MOMA, and of course very close to Fifth Ave as well as many cafes, shops, and restaurants. You may never have to leave this neighborhood during your entire stay! But if you do, public transit, buses, and trains are all readily available, in fact, only a half a block way (51st subway station, E,V,6 trains).

All newly renovated and quiet, this apartment is perfect for a New York vacation or business trip. The living room includes high speed cable internet access with Wi-fi and a Flat TV.

The sleeping amenities are a queen sized bed in the bedroom, with night table and lamp, in the living room is a queen size sofa bed. The fully tiled bathroom comes with bath, shower, wash basin and WC. Clean bed linens and towels are provided.

The kitchenette includes an oven, stove top, microwave, large cabinets, a small refrigerator, kitchen sink, toaster, coffee maker, flatware, silverware, and other necessary kitchen utensils.

Other information

Rates are subject to city tax and occupancy tax is 5.875%(tax) + $2/night (occupancy tax) Owner requires $300 deposit to be paid within 48 hours. The security deposit should be returned to you, if the apartment is in good condition, upon your departure.

To reserve the apartment :

We require a deposit of 50% of the total cost by credit card or by PayPal or by Bank transfer. Also the client must sign our contract.


(*For both Credit Card and PayPal payment, it has 5% of handling fee top on the price. If the client would like to pay by bank transfer, we ask $15 for intermediary bank charge. Also please make sure to pay by client for any other fees required for transaction at the bank.)


At the Check-in :
Upon check-in, the remaining 50% must be paid by cash or certified check or Money order. In addition we require a security deposit for the stay. This security deposit is for any damage to the furniture and, should the apartment be returned to us in good condition, will be returned to you immediately upon check out.

*Security deposit : $300 for Studio and 1BR, $500 for Duplex, 2BR and 3BR )


Cancellation Policy:

Once your reservation is done, cancel until 15 days prior to your arrival Deposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 15 days prior to your arrival 50% of the rent is non refundable. - NO exceptions; bad weather, illness, travel delays, this cancellation policy may apply.

Normally pets are not allowed. However, we do make exceptions according to the behavior of the pet and the location you choose to rent. Kindly advise us in advance regarding this topic.
