This is a prime-located, 2000sf/186sqm SoHo loft on Broadway between Prince Spring Streets in the heart of SoHo, comprising the entire 3rd floor in a landmark building (with secure key-access) elevator opening directly into the living room. The large open space has been designed and equipped to be modular, as well as dynamic, depending on the number (and requirements) of guests. The loft can be set up as 2 private bedrooms plus a third semi-private sleeping area, or two large bedrooms, etc. There is space for up to 8 guests. The dining table seats 10. The bedrooms and additional sleeping areas are located in the rear of the loft making them very quiet. In the master bedroom there is a king-sized bed, which can be divided into 2 XL twins upon request. In the second bedroom is a queen-sized bed. There are also two queen sofabeds in the main living area. All beds are brand new Sealy PosturePedics. The large cook’s kitchen is very well appointed with a restaurant-standard Viking stove, SubZero refrigerator/freezer and KitchenAid dishwasher.Neighbourhood/Location

Furthermore, luggage assistance will be provided at check-in and check out. The loft is located just 2 easy flights up, on the 3rd floor (2nd floor in the rest of the world outside of the US).

Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.
