Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.

To reserve the apartment :
We require a deposit of 50% of the total cost by credit card or by PayPal or by Bank transfer. Also the client must sign our contract.
(*For both Credit Card and PayPal payment, it has 5% of handling fee top on the price. If the client would like to pay by bank transfer, we ask $15 for intermediary bank charge. Also please make sure to pay by client for any other fees required for transaction at the bank.)
At the Check-in :
Upon check-in, the remaining 50% must be paid by cash or certified check or Money order. In addition we require a security deposit for the stay. This security deposit is for any damage to the furniture and, should the apartment be returned to us in good condition, will be returned to you immediately upon check out.
*Security deposit : $300 for Studio and 1BR, $500 for Duplex, 2BR and 3BR )
Cancellation Policy:
Once your reservation is done, cancel until 15 days prior to your arrival $500 is non refundable. If you cancel within 15 days prior to your arrival 50% of the rent is non refundable. - NO exceptions; bad weather, illness, travel delays, this cancellation policy may apply.

It is per apartment.
3. Do all apartments have double beds?
Most apartments have queen or full sized beds. In addition, we also have sofa beds in all the apartments.
4. Are meals included?
No, meals are not included. However, all of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, all of our apartments are located near many restaurants, cafes, and delis.
5. Are the apartments safe?
All of our apartments are in safe quality neighborhoods.
6. Can I bring a pet?
Normally pets are not allowed. However, we do make exceptions according to the behavior of the pet and the location you choose to rent. Kindly advise us in advance regarding this topic.
7. How many people can share 1 apartment?
Each apartment has a maximum number of tenants allowed to rent. Please check the web page of the apartment you are interested in. Contact us and we will advise you on this subject.
8. How can I complete my reservation?
Go to the page of the apartment you are interested in and click "Booking". To secure your reservation, we need to receive your deposit and signed contract.
9. Do I get fresh towels and bed linen?
Yes, the apartment will be cleaned and fresh linen and towels will be applied before you arrive. To continue this service throughout your stay is possible for an additional charge.
