The Penthouse is staffed to a five star hotel standard and included in the price is a housekeeper for 4 hours per day. This will allow full cleaning of the house, including servicing of the bedrooms. The Penthouse can be fully staffed with an additional housekeeper, a driver, a gourmet chef & waiting staff. (Prices subject to specific requirements) The Penthouse is available for short and long term rentals. The apartment has two double bedrooms and a third bedroom which is locked and not included in the rental. Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.
