The Lower East Side Suite B is located on a quiet block right in the middle the eastern side of Greenwich Village, just couple blocks from famous St Marks place – one of New York’s most dynamic neighbourhoods with a huge number of cafes, restaurants and bars.Please note that you will need to pick up the keys at our key collection point at W 38th street (between 8th and 9th Avenue). Provide your arrival details in the 'COMMENTS' field.

Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.

========= CANCELATION POLICY If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee. If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking. If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refundable
