We had a great time and the accommodation was ideal.
Unfortunately the third person pulled out at the last minute, making it slightly more expensive for us...but these things happen.

My employer took a few of us along with one of his best clients to NYC for a week of play and the Belmont Stakes.

We decided to take this trip very last minute and used your service to book our accommodations.

Chandra was our agent. I can not begin to say enough good things about Chandra. She embodies the true definition of customer service and satisfaction, which is hard to find these days.

We found we had a few unexpected issues that required us to find alternate lodging for our client. Chandra was able to switch one of our apartments to one that fit our clients needs. She did this seamlessly, without complaint, and with great attention to detail and our concerns.

Chandra's care and attention to us far exceeds any of the other booking agents we have used in the past.

Chandra went above and beyond the call of duty, to the extent that she even sent me a text with a list of services within walking distance of the new apartment I had inquired about.

We have just returned from a weeks holiday in New York (4th – 11th December) and stayed at Jon Berry’s Apartment on 455 W. 34h Street (id 20) http://www.newyorkstay.com/apartments-rent/apartments/budget_newyork_rental/20.html

I have Thanked Jon personally and wanted you to be made aware of how happy me and my family were with facilities, it was just what we wanted and was exactly as described and its location made travelling around New York very easy. (2 blocks from the ‘E’ line and Macy’s)

Jon was very helpful and informative giving us useful tips and always being available if required (which thankfully he wasn’t)

We had a very relaxing and pleasant stay in New York and for future visits will make use of your excellent service it was re-assuring to know support was available if required from both the Apartment owner and yourselves.

Suited our family of 3 adults. Two-way bathroom upstairs with 2 bedrooms and another toilet and vanity downstairs with living area and kitchen. Clean and well appointed. Pay laundry in basement of main apartment building around the corner which we used quite often during our 2-week stay. Take old $5 notes for machine as it doesn't take new ones. Because we stayed this length of time, we found having these extra facilities rather than a hotel room to be invaluable. This area great for shopping; close to Bleeker St and walk to Soho. Owners were professional and efficient in their dealings with us. Would recommend this property. Me, and my five woman friends, can't come up with words to describe this weekend. Outstanding would be the first. Spectacular might come next!! Great location - the best. We would like to book the first weekend in November next year again.Is that possible? "We stayed in this apartment in December it was in a fabulous location, close to Bleeker Street shops and restaurants, and less than 5 minutes walk to 2 different subway stations. The property was very clean and well maintained, the owners were helpful and answered emails promptly. The apartment was smallish but comfortable for 5 adults (1 slept on air mattress), the outdoor deck was great and would be good in the warmer weather - it snowed while we were there!. The photos and description on the site are accurate. Great atmosphere in the West Village, excellent bakery and a cheese shop over the road, lots of places to eat for cheap meals, try Caliente Cab for Mexican or for a great pizza John's Pizza on Bleeker Street. I stayed with 3 friends in one of your appartments in NYC (the one wich is close to the WTC site).

We wanted to leave recommandation on your internetsite but we don't find the place where it is possible :

We had a great time in the appartment. Everything was very clean, in the center of manhattan, close to the subway, not too noisy and not too expensive.

The (polish ?) guy who took care of the flats was very nice and was really helpful more than one time.

We stayed in one apartment close to the WTC site. We were 4 and took two rooms. There were other rooms in the flat but fully enough bathrooms for everyone!

It was nice to have a kitchen with a fridge and a microwave.

We had a great time in the appartment. Everything was very clean, in the center of manhattan, close to the subway, not too noisy and not too expensive.
