The apartment is located in the Exchange Place/Paulus Hook area of Jersey City. The area is busy and lively with many restaurants and bars. Two blocks away is the Exchange Place PATH station with direct access into NYC in as little as 5-15 minutes (depending on area of the city you are travelling to). On a nice day you can also choose to take a scenic ride on the Ferry located only 2 blocks away as well.
After booking, a 10% deposit towards the balance must be paid either by credit card or PayPal, otherwise the booking will be cancelled. The remaining balance is paid 30 days before arrival, also by credit card or PayPal.

Early check in is only possible if the apartment is not booked the night before. While we always try out best to accommodate, it cannot be guaranteed.

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this
with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
