Introduction

Spacious and modern two bedroom, one bathroom apartment for up to six guests located in the East Village area. The property was photographed in February 2016, and are an accurate representation of the apartment.


Description

The apartment is equipped with all the comforts of home and has ample space for six people.


Neighbourhood/Location

The East Village is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in New York City. Conveniently located downtown, near restaurants, parks, public transportation, and nightlife.


Requirements

We do NOT allow parties.

PAYMENT
We accept payment via cash, certified check or wire transfer. There are three ways to make the payment to this owner:

ON ARRIVAL (given to the greeter)
1. Cash at arrival
2. Certified Check (cash amount + 8.75% sales tax)

BEFORE ARRIVAL
3. Wire Transfer (cash amount + 8.75% sales tax + wire fee of $30)

Upon booking, owner requires a $300 security deposit, which is refunded on departure.

Living room

The living room is equipped with a flat screen TV, high speed internet and WiFi. There is a sofa bed in the living room for extra sleeping space.

Bedroom(s) and Bathroom(s)

There are two bedrooms each with one queen size bed. There is one bathroom with bathtub/shower, sink and toilet. We provide one roll of toilet paper & towels

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook meals including dishware, utensils, toaster, microwave, stove, coffee machine, and refrigerator.

Other information

CHECK-IN PROCESS:

It is very important that you get in touch with your greeter before you head to the rental. This will ensure that he will be there when you arrive. He will also be collecting payment for your stay. He will meet you inside the unit the day of your arrival.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?

Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter\owner upon arrival at the aiport of train station, You can arrage a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Check in time is from 15:00 and Check out is before 11:00

Please note that some owners have an extra charge for late check in

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?

Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
