Introduction

Modern two bedroom one bathroom apartment, fully equipped with all the conveniences of home. Located in the East Village with easy access to Manhattan's main sights. The unit accommodate up to six people.


Description

The furnishings in the apartment are all new and ensure a comfortable stay. WiFi is available throughout the apartment.


Neighbourhood/Location

The East Village is one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Manhattan. It is located downtown, and offers easy access to shops, restaurants and public transportation.


Requirements

We do NOT allow parties.

PAYMENT
We accept payment via cash, certified check or wire transfer. There are three ways to make the payment to this owner:

ON ARRIVAL (given to the greeter)
1. Cash at arrival
2. Certified Check (cash amount + 8.75% sales tax)

BEFORE ARRIVAL
3. Wire Transfer (cash amount + 8.75% sales tax + wire fee of $30)

Upon booking, owner requires a $300 security deposit, which is refunded on departure.

Living room

The living room has a sofa, flat screen TV, high speed internet and WiFi.

Bedroom(s) and Bathroom(s)

There are two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the second with a full size bed that is set up like a bunk bed. The top bunk has a twin bed. Towels and toiletries are provided.

Kitchen

The open kitchen and dining area is fully equipped with everything needed to cook meals including a dishware, utensils, toaster, microwave, stove, coffee machine, and refrigerator.

Other information

CHECK-IN PROCESS:

We have a greeter who will meet you inside the unit the day of your arrival. All we will need is your flight/travel information in order to be able to welcome you on time.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?

Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter\owner upon arrival at the aiport of train station, You can arrage a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Check in time is from 15:00 and Check out is before 11:00

Please note that some owners have an extra charge for late check in

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?

Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.
