The small kitchen has everything you need to prepare a full meal and there is a nice little bathroom tucked into the corner.
With its lovely outdoor space and easy location this property is great for close friends or a couple and small children traveling.

This spacious studio apartment comes with a large private back yard and is located at Murray Hill so is ideal for guests looking at exploring Manhattan.Living room, kitchenette, hallway are equipped with new dark cherry colored wooden floors. The European style backyard has nice size and it is totally private for your self, a real rarity in Manhattan.
The sleeping amenities are two full sized beds, with night table and lamp. The apartment includes A/C, heating, wooden entertainment center, 26 inch flat screen TV, table, and, as with all of our apartments, high speed cable internet access. To reserve the apartment, we require a security deposit a $300 to be paid in advance, preferably via Paypal by credit card.
The security deposit should be returned to you, if the apartment is in good condition, upon your departure. The total balance is due upon arrival, unless otherwise specified.
This shall be paid Only in CASH (US$), Money Order or Certified Checks, traveler’s check. If paid with a credit card (VISA or Master card only please) or PayPal Processing, a 5% convenience fee will be added and the process must be done 3 business days before arrival.
Neighbourhood/Location
Murray Hill is a great residential neighborhood in Manhattan located conveniently south of Grand Central Terminal and is near many restaurants, outdoor cafes, and local shops.The apartment is just two blocks away from the Empire State Building, making it a perfect location for sightseeing and getting around Manhattan. You are within walking distance of Penn Station, one block away from the NYC Westward bound MTA Bus stop, and two blocks away from the nearest subway station (33 and Lexington/ 6 train).

The bedroom is NOT separate as this is a studio. The sleeping area has two queen size beds. The bathroom are renovated with authentic beige marble, giving it a grandiose feel. The bathroom includes a full tub with shower head.Kitchen
The kitchenette includes an oven, stove top, microwave, large cabinets, a large refrigerator, kitchen sink, toaster, coffee maker, flatware, silverware, and other necessary kitchen utensils.The dining table with 4 chairs, and antique 2 seated table set for chilling out.
Other information
Rates are subject to city/state tax 14.75% and occupancy tax $3.50/night. Owner requires $300 deposit to be paid within 48 hours. The security deposit should be returned to you, if the apartment is in good condition, upon your departure.
