The MOMA Suite is located on the high first floor of a beautiful building. The building is on a great block right in the middle of midtown New York City, just 4 blocks from the world-famous Museum of Modern Art – one of New York’s most famous landmarks. The apartment is located between 2nd Avenue and 3rd Avenue. The apartment is quiet and peaceful but there are plenty of things to do right in your neighbourhood. There are about 20 different restaurants and bars on the next block – Chinese, Indian, Italian, Mexican, Japanese – are only several cuisines available within a 3 minute walk from the apartment. You will be amazed by how many New Yorkers love to sit at the tables outside these restaurants after a day at work. Staying in this apartment will give you a truly New York experience. You will also be close to Columbus Circle, Central Park and the famous Bloomingdale’s department store. Times Square is just a 15 minute walk away (or one subway stop away), the Empire State building is a 20 minute walk away (or 2 subway stops).Please note that you will need to pick up the keys at our key collection point at W 38th street (between 8th and 9th Avenue).

The Company can help the User arrange extra cleaning using an outsourced service provider for a fee payable to the service provider of $50. OWNER REQUIRES 40% of total amount to be paid when booking.
