The balance will be collected by the owner 2 weeks before check in. A Credit Card number is required for a 50% deposit of the room charge. CANCELLATION POLICY: The total amount of the reservation minus a $100 cancellation fee is reimbursed if the cancellation has been communicated to us in writing more than 30 days prior to the arrival date. With 15-30 days notice the deposit will be forfeited. With 1-14 days notice, the total amount will be forfeited.
