The Midtown Central Suite A is located on a quiet block right in the middle of downtown New York City, just couple blocks away from the Empire State Building – one of New York’s most famous landmarks. Times Square is also just about 10 minutes walk away from the apartment. If you want to walk or watch a show on world famous Broadway – it is just 2 blocks away.Please note that you will need to pick up the keys at our key collection point at W 38th street (between 8th and 9th Avenue). The apartment has a lot of closet space, so there is no need to worry about where to put your suitcases! Company provides cleaning out after the User’s departure date for all the customers at no charge. The Company can help the User arrange extra cleaning using an outsourced service provider for a fee payable to the service provider of $50. Please be advised that the OWNER REQUIRES 100% of total amount to be paid when booking . ========= CANCELLATION POLICY If the booking is cancelled more than 21 days before arrival date, the Hospitality Provider will charge a $50 processing fee. If the booking is cancelled 21-14 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 30% of the booking. If the booking is cancelled 14-7 days before arrival date the Hospitality Provider will charge a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booking. If the booking is cancelled less than 7 days before arrival date the booking will be non-refundable.
