How it works
1) How to make a reservation with New York Stay www.newyorkstay.com
a) On the home and every other page is a search box.
Select the dates you want to check in and out.
Select Number of guests.
System will automatically search for available properties for your dates
b) When you find a property you wish to book:
The system will automatically calculate the total price of your stay.
To book, click on the button marked ''Book Now'' or ''Reservation Request''
If you have any questions regarding a property just click on ''Ask Question''
c) Booking Procedure and Payment
- If you have clicked on BOOK NOW, you will be directed to our payment page, where you can pay the booking deposit.
- Your booking is then complete and you will receive an e-mail with check in details within 24 hours.
- You should reply to this mail confirming that you have received and undertand the check in instructions.
- If you have clicked on RESERVATION REQUEST and the property is available, you will receive a payment link by e mail within 24 hours.
- After the payment is made, a mail with check in details will be sent to you within 24 hours.
- You should reply to this mail confirming that you have received it and undertand the check in instructions.
2) Arrival and Check-In:
- When you arrive at the airport/train station, please contact the greeter at the number specified in your check in mail. Then go to the address given in the check in mail.
- This will be either be the property itself where the greeter will meet you, or the office where you can pay, collect keys , sign the rental agreement and then go to the property.
- Any problems with a property please contact OUR live support help desk ,which is manned 18 hours a day. We can solve most problems or get the owner to assist you.
3) Check-out:
- Please agree a check out time with your greeter when you arrive , so he or she will be at the property to check you out and return any damage deposit paid
