Description

This apartment is located only four blocks away from the Empire State Building, making it an excellent location for a sightseeing tour or vacation. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to three guests. Owner has created a distinctly bright, modern and very welcoming apartment. It makes the apartment a lovely private retreat away from the madness that is Manhattan.The sleeping amenities are one Queen sized bed in the bedroom and a Full sized sofa bed in living room.


Neighbourhood/Location

Murray Hill is a great residential neighborhood in Manhattan located conveniently south of Grand Central Terminal and is near many restaurants, outdoor cafes, and local shops. Great central location for exploring the city, Macy's is just a short walk away. The nearest subway (33rd street/6 line) is only two blocks away. Or, if you would rather take a bus, the nearest Westward bound NYC MTA Bus stop is conveniently located one block from the apartment.


Requirements

Please make sure you read this apartments terms and conditions before reserving. PLEASE NOTE THE OWNER REQUIRES A 50% DEPOSIT ON ALL HIGH SEASON BOOKINGS IN ADDITION TO THE $300 SECURITY DEPOSIT. PLEASE READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR MORE INFORMATION: Check in time … from 2:00PM to 6:00PM Late Check in ... After 6:00PM Check out time … by 12:00PM Late Check out ... Anytime with a half daily rate.

All the Sunday check-in would be required $40 fee.
For Late Check in after 6PM:
* It will be an extra *$20 before 9:59PM (Eastern Time), $40 after 9:59PM (Eastern Time). All the US holidays and Sunday Check-in would be required $40. *Please prepare apartment check in fee for cash only.

Living room

The living room includes high speed wireless and cable internet access. a 37inch flat screen TV with cable channel, A/C, a queen sized bed, sofa bed (full size), cute table, dining table and 4 chairs, Coffee maker, toaster, micro wave, all the appliances are provided. Clean bed linens and towels are provided.

Bedroom(s) and Bathroom(s)

The sleeping amenities are a Queen sized bed in the bedroom, with night lamp, in the living room is a Full size sofa bed. The fully tiled bathroom comes with bath, shower, wash basin and WC.

Kitchen

The kitchenette includes an oven, stove top, microwave, large cabinets, a large refrigerator, kitchen sink, toaster, coffee maker, flatware, silverware, and other necessary kitchen utensils.

Other information

Rates are subject to city/state tax 14.75% and occupancy tax $3.50/night. Owner requires $300 deposit to be paid within 48 hours. The security deposit should be returned to you, if the apartment is in good condition, upon your departure.

Where and how do I get the keys to the property?

Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter\owner upon arrival at the aiport of train station, You can arrage a time to meet the contact person at the property to make payment and get the keys

Check in time is from 14:00 and Check out is before 12:00

Please note that some owners have an extra charge for late check in

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?

Early check in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival.

To reserve the apartment :

We require a deposit of 50% of the total cost by credit card or by PayPal or by Bank transfer. Also the client must sign our contract.


(*For both Credit Card and PayPal payment, it has 5% of handling fee top on the price. If the client would like to pay by bank transfer, we ask $15 for intermediary bank charge. Also please make sure to pay by client for any other fees required for transaction at the bank.)


At the Check-in :
Upon check-in, the remaining 50% must be paid by cash or certified check or Money order. In addition we require a security deposit for the stay. This security deposit is for any damage to the furniture and, should the apartment be returned to us in good condition, will be returned to you immediately upon check out.

*Security deposit : $300 for Studio and 1BR, $500 for Duplex, 2BR and 3BR )


Cancellation Policy:

Once your reservation is done, cancel until 15 days prior to your arrivaldeposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 15 days prior to your arrival 50% of the rent is non refundable. - NO exceptions; bad weather, illness, travel delays, this cancellation policy may apply.

Please kindly advise our operators the time you would like to check in or out in advance. We can arrange for your requested time depending on availability of the apartment. If you would like to have early check-in or late check-out, please contact us for the arrangement. If you need a place to leave your baggage, please let us know and we can arrange space for you in our office.


2. Is the price per apartment or per person?
It is per apartment.


3. Do all apartments have double beds?
Most apartments have queen or full sized beds. In addition, we also have sofa beds in all the apartments.


4. Are meals included?
No, meals are not included. However, all of our apartments have a fully equipped kitchen. In addition, all of our apartments are located near many restaurants, cafes, and delis.


5. Are the apartments safe?
All of our apartments are in safe quality neighborhoods.


6. Can I bring a pet?
Normally pets are not allowed. However, we do make exceptions according to the behavior of the pet and the location you choose to rent. Kindly advise us in advance regarding this topic.


7. How many people can share 1 apartment?
Each apartment has a maximum number of tenants allowed to rent. Please check the web page of the apartment you are interested in. Contact us and we will advise you on this subject.


8. How can I complete my reservation?
Go to the page of the apartment you are interested in and click "Booking". To secure your reservation, we need to receive your deposit and signed contract.


9. Do I get fresh towels and bed linen?
Yes, the apartment will be cleaned and fresh linen and towels will be applied before you arrive. To continue this service throughout your stay is possible for an additional charge.


10. Are the apartments near the centre? Are the apartments centrally located?
Yes, all of our apartments are in Manhattan and near subway stations and bus lines
