Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about NewYorkStay.com We really appreciate your comments which we use to improve our accommodation standards. If we get bad feedback on a place you have stayed we treat this seriously and always contact the accommodation to find out what happened and to make sure it does not happen again. We visit all properties listed on our site and try to revisit every 6 months to a year or if we receive a negative report from a guest.
We also use client reviews as guides to the better places to stay Places which are recommended by previous clients are recommended to future clients and all reviews both good and bad are listed on the site so everyone can see the benefits and drawbacks to the location,services or decor.
Unfortunately most of the time we cannot provide a personal response to your comments, unless it's a complaint or a question of course.
During your Stay For assistance with a specific problem you are experiencing with your accommodation or service you can contact the accommodation owner directly or of course get on to us and we will sort the problem for you.
